I think Metal Gear is a little late to jump on the zombie bandwagon, especially since it feels so out of place in the franchise. There’s plenty of other places I can get a zombie fix, and since this is a huge change, it will get a skip from me. It really does feel like they didn’t know what to do with the franchise without Kojima.
Bust. PSVR is cool and all, but the game experiences aren’t enough for the average gamer. It’s really neat to play something like that at Dave and Busters over the weekend, but much like 3D, I just can’t spend the money to have this at home.
The Pro is a great reason to jump on the playstation band wagon, if you’ve been waiting for the right time. It doesn’t give the majority of current PS4 owners enough to justify the upgrade. For the hardcore, it’s the new hotness, and will compliment PSVR really well.
For me, I was either going to upgrade my PS4 to ‘Neo’ or finally upgrade my 360 and get an XBone. I was really hoping the Pro was going to be a huge leap forward in power, but was disappointed when it was revealed to be just a slight boost in performance.
I got inspired by all of the Pokemon Go excitement and popped back in Pokemon Snap on N64… I remember being so disappointed when this game first came out, as it was not like Pokemon at all. I probably put a little more time into this game than I should have this week.
