Gori: Cuddly Carnage Calls for Blood Donations Amid Censorship

Devs Encourage Blood Donations Amid Censorship Changes

Gor: Cuddly Carnage | Got Blood?

Wired Productions and Angry Demon Studio have launched a unique blood donation campaign in response to censorship changes affecting their game, Gori: Cuddly Carnage. Following censorship in Japan, where blood is replaced with ‘purple juice,’ similar changes are now applied to console versions in China and Korea.

Inspired by this, both companies decided to donate their blood in the UK and Sweden, encouraging players to join them. Players who share selfies of themselves donating blood on X or Instagram using the hashtag #GorisGotBlood will be featured in the game’s credits as ‘lifesavers.’

Gori: Cuddly Carnage is set to launch on August 29th on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch for $21.99.
