Comic Legends Bring New Life To Slave Zero X
You might have caught our earlier coverage of Slave Zero X, an edgy 2D platformer vibrating with style. Today we have especially exciting news to share for the game releasing on February 21st. In the game’s upcoming physical Deluxe Edition, there’s going to be Slave Zero X comics created by industry legends Ant Williams and Andy Lanning! In the past they’ve worked with DC, Marvel, Disney and more, but now they are part of Ideas and Inks.
Though Slave Zero X is getting both a Standard and Deluxe Edition, here’s why you should consider preordering that Deluxe Edition:
The physical editions are chock-full of Slave Zero goodies, including platform-specific skins, physical guidebooks (with art!), an exclusive outer box, and even postcards, allowing you to bring the dystopian surroundings of Megacity S1-9 to life. Pre-orders also offer a number of kick-ass incentives for those who reserve their copies early. PlayStation digital pre-orders come with 72 hours of early access to the game, while those who reserve a physical copy can receive digital downloads of the OST, Steam keys for the original Slave Zero (1999), and digital versions of the tie-in comics from participating retailers.
Best of all, no matter what edition of the game you get, it’ll be coming to everything – PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4/5, Xbox One and Series X|S! Though if you don’t care about physical goodies, it’ll also have digital editions. So we all have no excuse not to check it out early next year.
