You Don’t Have To Go Alone

During today’s Xbox Developer Direct the teams at Mojang Studios and Blackbird Interactive took the time to show off a bit more of their new take on Minecraft, Minecraft Legends.

While past presentations have focused on the single player adventure that seems to be the largest portion of the game, today we got to see a 4v4 multiplayer mode which seems like a mixture between pure action and real time strategy elements. It’s a fascinating combination and I enjoyed the presentation. We’ve included it below for players to get a look at what to expect.

We now know when you can expect to play this as well. Minecraft Legends will release on April 18th on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Switch, and PC. It will be available day one on both Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
