Cook Up Some Chaos with Dungeon Munchies
A little while back, HPP covered the reveal of Dungeon Munchies when it came to Nintendo Switch. While it previously released the first two chapters on both Steam Early Access and Nintendo Switch, you’re in luck. Developer maJAJa and publisher Chorus Worldwide have officially unleashed hungry chaos, with Dungeon Munchies now getting a third and final chapter, bringing the full game to both Steam and the Nintendo Switch!
For those that missed the earlier article or who just don’t know anything about the game, here’s a Dungeon Munchies recap:
Become a well-fed Frankenstein (…‘s monster) of fantastic feats, unlocking new abilities by cooking complex, monstrous dishes from the remains of foes. Compile an impressive cookbook cataloging each the boons associated with each meal. Munch on fried mosquitos to gain their wings and earn a double jump, finish off a fish tail to gain underwater speed, or snack on electrified snail shells to learn shocking counter attacks.
Not only that, but the game has an attractive art style and humor to spare. And best of all, if you’re a fan of owning physical games (and who isn’t?) then you can pick up Dungeon Munchies this Halloween season. It’s coming physically to both PS4/5 and Nintendo Switch courtesy of Serenity Forge on October 28th!
As someone that’s been fascinated by the premise of Dungeon Munchies since the Switch announcement last year, I’m really eager to see what the full game has in store. But if you still need some convincing, check out the trailer below, which showcases some of the new content added in the game’s final chapter. And stay tuned to HPP for more crazy and promising games worth checking out!
