No Man’s Sky Takes Flight On PlayStation VR2

Soar Through The Cosmos

No Man's Sky

Nearly six years into the No Man’s Sky experience, we can safely call it one of the great turn arounds in video game history. Initially maligned for not living up to the many promises of the development team (Check out our review for context!), somehow that same team didn’t give up on their game and kept working until it became a truly beloved title. Now they’re still working on it, as it is set to come to PlayStation VR2.

This isn’t the game’s first foray into VR. No Man’s Sky came to PlayStation VR in 2019. The development team haven’t shared much about what might be different on PlayStation VR2, but they are promising more details to come along with improved immersion. For now, you can check out the first trailer for this latest version of the game below.

Andrew Thornton
Andrew has been writing about video games for nearly twenty years, contributing to publications such as DarkStation, Games Are Fun, and the E-mpire Ltd. network. He enjoys most genres but is always pulled back to classic RPG's, with his favorite games ever including Suikoden II, Panzer Dragoon Saga, and Phantasy Star IV. Don't worry though, he thinks new games are cool too, with more recent favorites like Hades, Rocket League, and Splatoon 2 stealing hundreds of hours of his life. When he isn't playing games he's often watching classic movies, catching a basketball game, or reading the first twenty pages of a book before getting busy and forgetting about it.
