Today Koei Tecmo America revealed some fresh information about an upcoming event for Monster Rancher 1 & 2 DX. A special event is happening in May called the Monster Koshien World Battle Tournament. It’s the first such event for the Monster Rancher series, and it will take place from May 10 through 23rd across all the available systems – Switch, PC, iPhone and iPad.
Battles will take place in the tournament via auto-battle, with those that make quarterfinals and beyond showcased in a special video with commentary by Executive Producer, Kazumi Fujita. The big winners will also get recognition of their feats, and you can read more details here.
