Rock and Water Come to Light For Genshin’s Latest Ayato and Chasm Leaks
As the 2.6 Beta for Genshin Impact goes into full swing, as do the leaks, and they have been filled with a myriad of details for Ayato and the long-awaited Chasm. As always, leaks are very spoilerific, so approach with caution and remember that anything you see is absolutely subject to change. But, with so much to cover, let’s hop right in.
First of all, let’s go over a gameplay video showing off Ayato, a 5-Star Hydro Sword user known for being head of the Yashiro Commission and also being Ayaka’s brother. @WaffelGI has posted videos of his movement, normal and charged attacks, and both his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst.

Ayato already is looking promising, with quick rapid strikes and a great usage of Hydro, something Genshin Impact doesn’t get too often. Now, for those interested in the numbers, @Dimbreath has posted some info sheets so you can get an idea of what to expect as far as descriptions and numbers go. Also, in the tweet these images originally came from, Dimbreath notes that if you see a “???” in the skills upgrade materials, those are drops from the new 2.5 boss. Next up, we have some leaked map data for The Chasm. The top layer looks to be about the size of Dragonspine, if not a bit bigger, in terms of width. Ubatcha posted these images in the Wangsheng Funeral Parlour Discord.
However, this isn’t the only part and only covers the surface layer. The real fun is underground, in the massive, sprawling cavern system that I’d argue looks to be almost twice the size of Enkanomiya.
If this is accurate, it makes me understand a lot more why The Chasm has been taking forever to get completed.
With how quickly the patches are coming out, we aren’t too far off from the next big thing to hit Genshin Impact. That’s all for now, but as always, stay tuned for the latest news and guides for Genshin Impact.
