One More Incident For January

Nintendo Download | Unforeseen Incidents

How is it already the last Thursday of January? Well, I guess time flies, so now get ready for the Nintendo Download for 1/27/22. This one has a couple featured titles, some games you might want to pre-order, sales and the typical grab bag of goodies. Let’s start with the latest upcoming adventure from The Pokémon Company.

The OG Trainers

Nintendo Download | Pokemon Legends Arceus

Pokémon Legends: Arceus is a game that has a lot of potential to be really interesting. It’s not often they try something utterly new in Pokémon, so the vast open world set in an ancient era could be something special. Personally, I’m still waiting until I better understand how the game plays before I jump on the bandwagon. But if you’re eager, you can check the game out starting tomorrow. The other featured title in this Nintendo Download is called Unforeseen Incidents. It’s a mysterious adventure game about a virus, and it looks pretty interesting. If you like games full of story, I’d check it out. Next up, how about a couple of games you might be interested in pre-ordering?

  • LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga – Pre-ordering is now available for the brand-new LEGO video game unlike any other. In LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga you can relive your favorite moments from all nine Star Wars saga films. Experience fun-filled adventures, whimsical humor and the freedom to fully immerse yourself in the LEGO Star Wars galaxy. Pre-order the game and get day one access to the Trooper Pack. The digital edition also includes an exclusive classic Obi-Wan Kenobi playable character. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga launches April 5.
  • Aztech Forgotten Gods – Aztech Forgotten Gods is the cyber-stone, action-adventure following Achtli, a young woman who battles the colossal Forgotten Gods. To uncover the truth behind her far-future Mesoamerican metropolis, she’ll have to turn the Gods’ power against them, as she soars through the city with power and grace. Pre-order the game today before it launches on March 10.

Battle of the Breakfasts

Nintendo Download | Toasted

Nearly done, but first let’s cover some worthy digital offerings. While it’s true there’s no real retro this week, fret not. There’s plenty to enjoy.
