Your New Crush is Here for Valentine’s Day
Roses are red. Violets are blue. And this Valentine’s Day, Berzerk Studio has a gory treat for you! Along with publisher The Arcade Crew, they’re bringing us a gory new adventure called Infernax this romantic holiday. And what better game to get a crush on? Infernax is like the demented love child of Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest and and The Legend of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. Except it’s full of modern conveniences, and lets older gamers relish nostalgia without the unnecessary pain. Best of all, Infernax is coming to pretty much everything – PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One and Series X|S.

Infernax’s starring knight and bachelor Alcedor returns from a brutal battle to find his home overrun by ravenous beasts from the underworld. Armed with his faithful mace and ravishing smile, Alcedor must shoulder the fate of his world as he bashes through unholy forces, earns powerful abilities and upgrades, uncovers the secrets of his land, and shapes his legacy through moral conundrums. Infernax has the hots for a classically difficult challenge, but if you can hang with rewarding battles against hell’s most eligible fiends, you’ll enjoy many sleepless nights getting acquainted with its intensely enthralling quest.
As someone that was fortunate enough to play an early build of the game while game conventions were still safe to attend, I can attest it very much plays like a new age classic. It’s gory, dramatic and full of hardcore combat. Better yet, you can develop your hero to your liking, and Infernax even features multiple endings.
