That’s a lot of gaming goodness hitting over the next week or so. You have brand new titles like Next Space Rebels, which tasks you with growing your intergalactic social media channel, or Exo One which pushes you to hit some truly insane speeds. Both are among a number of titles here which will be launching day one on Game Pass.
If you want something a little more tried and true, you can’t go wrong with My Friend Pedro. Our own Francis DiPersio said about it: “My Friend Pedro is a bullet-riddled thrill ride while it lasts. That being said, it’s a little disappointing that it feels like it ends just as things are getting really good. By the time the credits were rolling, I already found myself wishing there was another location or two to blast my way through. Even though the game boasts 40 levels, it should only take most players a couple of hours to make their way through the game’s campaign on the standard difficulty.” Sounds like the sort of game that’s absolutely perfect for Game Pass.
As with any month, saying hello to some games means saying goodbye to others. The following games will be leaving the service November 30th: Call of the Sea (Cloud, Console, PC), FIFA 19 (Console, PC), Football Manager 2021 (PC), Football Manager 2021 Xbox Edition (Console, PC), Haven (Cloud, Console, PC) (Our Review), Hello Neighbor (Cloud, Console, PC), Morkredd (Cloud, Console, PC), Va-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action (PC) (Our Review). Destiny 2: Beyond Light, Shadowkeep, and Forsaken will join them on Cloud and Console December 8th.
I know a few of those titles have been on my eternal to play list, particularly Call of the Sea and Haven. Perhaps this finally pushes me to make the time for them. Or maybe its a great excuse to use the Game Pass 20% discount, still available on these games until they leave the service.
