Echo Generation: BLOPO-11 Repair Guide

Here’s How To Repair BLOPO-11 And Gain A Robotic Companion in Echo Generation

Not too long after the beginning of the game, you’ll have probably been by Billy’s Repair Shop. Deeper inside, you’ll find that there is a poor mangled robot in need of a little TLC. The thing is, Mr. Magnus can fix it up, but only if you can get him a battery and a Robonix magazine first.

First thing’s first – you’ll find the shell of our fallen comrade in the back of Billy’s Repair Shop.

If you need help getting back there, check out this guide. Once you have the shell, you’ll need the battery next, which isn’t too much further ahead. Move past the cornfield and into the crash zone for the spaceship. Dodge the aliens, then hop aboard the ship. The needed battery will be to the right.

Now for the trickier part, which is the magazine. You’ll need to have the downtown district unlocked for this one. If you take a trip to the bookstore, there’s a copy there, but it’s a whopping $250. No way you’re grinding up that much without a month of mob slaying.

There’s a trick to getting around this, though. It lies in the school and deals with a bit of ghost-busting. If you passed by the main hallway in the school, you’ve probably noticed the hulking, ragged spirit shrieking its way toward you off and on. Head into the principal’s office, then out again, and you’ll notice it’s really dark in the school now. Pass by that hall again, and the fight with the long-lost prom night ghost begins.

Take her down, and you’ll get a voucher to get that Robonix magazine for free. Talk with the lazy bookstore attendant, and she’ll accept the voucher. Go grab that book and bring it and the battery back to Mr. Magnus to meet your new robot companion.

Stay tuned for more Echo Generation guides and news!
