Omen of Sorrow Gets Xbox Release Date

Nearly Time For a Monster Mash

Omen of Sorrow | Featured

As someone that once greatly enjoyed the arcade scene, I’m happy to report news for Omen of Sorrow. Developed by Chilean team AOne Games and published by eastasiasoft, it’s an arcade fighter with classic horror monsters. Better yet, it’s coming to Xbox One for North America, Australia and Southeast Asia on September 15th! Though if you prefer gaming on PC, it’s also coming later to Steam.

Omen of Sorrow | Electric

Omen of Sorrow is a 4 button fighter running on the Unreal Engine 4. It has a whole host of nasty monsters, from Frankenstein’s monster, Imhotep and even Erzsébet (as in Bathory). It’s a crazy diversity of characters, which hopefully will translate well to the gameplay.

Omen of Sorrow | Bloody Fun

It all takes place on a 2.5D arena with lots of cinematic flair. If that sounds good, you can get the game for 20% off the $19.99 price for a couple weeks after it launches on Xbox.

Omen of Sorrow | Trapped

I can personally vouch that Omen of Sorrow has been on my radar for a while. I think it has a lot of potential to be a fun brawler, though I do wish it was coming to more consoles. You can check the game out in the trailer below. And stay tuned to HPP for more news from the folks at eastasiasoft.
