You’re The Boss Now
Fans of Saints Row have waited a long time for the series to return. After the disappointing reception to Agents of Mayhem, a spin-off title, the series hasn’t returned since 2017 outside of a few rereleases. That will be changing in early 2022.
Saints Row is a reboot of the series, not necessarily tied to anything that came before. From the looks of the initial trailer, it has a far more grounded feel than the series’ later titles. That might be hard to believe after watching the trailer below if you’re new to the series, but trust us, this might as well be set in the real world in comparison.
You play as The Boss, the leader of an up and coming gang working to make their mark on Santo Ileso. The team at Volition promise the biggest and best playground the Saints Row series has ever seen. You’ll also be able to experience the whole thing with friends through drop-in, drop-out co-op.
This one is coming surprisingly soon. Saints Row is set to release on February 25th, 2022 for PS4, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
