Live Fast, Die Young
The Arcade Crew has published some incredibly rad games in the past. So it’s not that surprising they’re helping bring us Young Souls. Developed by newly founded studio 1P2P, Young Souls is a stylish RPG beat ’em up. Though we’ve been waiting on a official release date, today we have some news. Firstly, as of right now Young Souls is available on Stadia. But fret not if you game on other systems, since it’s coming to those later on.
Specifically, Young Souls is coming to Steam, Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One in Fall of 2021. That’s not too far away, which is a very good thing. Because it looks like a tremendous adventure. It tells the story of misfit orphans Jenn and Tristan fighting against strange and dangerous foes. Combat looks fast-paced and precise, and the boss fights look epic. Better yet, you can customize your experience with tons of gear and equipment.
It truly looks like a fascinating experience, and I’m glad it’s coming to multiple consoles. But for those still not convinced, please read a quick blurb about the game premise:
Young Souls’ engrossing narrative finds its twin heroes searching for their guardian, a professor who mysteriously vanished just before Jenn and Tristan discovered an inexplicable portal within his estate. The twins now spend their days roaming their quaint town, gaining advantages through gym sessions and buying fresh outfits ahead of their all-night fights to clear dungeons brimming with foes. With the fate of their most cherished companion as well as the greater world in their hands, Jenn and Tristan must brave immeasurable dangers and endure the defining battles of their lives.
