PS5 Owners Can Get A Free Six Months Of Apple TV+

Bringing Even More To The Players

Apple TV+

If PS5 owners need something new to do on their systems, Sony’s team up with Apple should do the trick. Starting today and running through July 22nd, 2022, PS5 owners will be able to get a free trial of Apple TV+.

This trial lasts for 6 months, much longer than the typical trial anyone can get. You’ll need both a PSN account and an Apple ID, but both can be created for free. You’ll need to redeem the trial through the Apple TV+ app on your PS5. It isn’t available on other consoles or devices, though once you have the account set up and the trial going you can watch on other devices.

Even current subscribers can get in on this deal. There are some additional terms you can check out over at the PlayStation Blog, but this deal is available in a wide variety of countries. Once you follow the instructions in the Apple TV+ App you can start enjoying hit shows such as Ted Lasso, See, For All Mankind, and more.

Are you excited to check out Apple TV+? With the critically acclaimed Ted Lasso just releasing season 2 recently, now seems like a great time for this promotion. Check out a trailer for season 2 of Ted Lasso below.

Andrew Thornton
Andrew has been writing about video games for nearly twenty years, contributing to publications such as DarkStation, Games Are Fun, and the E-mpire Ltd. network. He enjoys most genres but is always pulled back to classic RPG's, with his favorite games ever including Suikoden II, Panzer Dragoon Saga, and Phantasy Star IV. Don't worry though, he thinks new games are cool too, with more recent favorites like Hades, Rocket League, and Splatoon 2 stealing hundreds of hours of his life. When he isn't playing games he's often watching classic movies, catching a basketball game, or reading the first twenty pages of a book before getting busy and forgetting about it.
