Techland will be showcasing another Dying Light 2 – Dying 2 Know presentation next Thursday, July 1

Last night, the UPS man dropped a mysterious envelope from Poland off on the doorstep of Hey Poor Player HQ. After using our considerable sleuthing skills (which, to be fair, amount to little more than a UV flashlight that was sent to us courtesy of Techland last month), we were able to learn that a second Dying Light 2 “Dying 2 Know” broadcast is planned for Thursday, July 1 at 9 PM CEST/3 PM EST/12 PM PT. Those interested in tuning in can do so on Techland’s official Twitch channel.

So mysterious!

In case you missed it, Techland’s first Dying 2 Know presentation took place on May 27. Running over a half-hour, it offered the first comprehensive look at the upcoming first-person survival horror title. Throughout the broadcast, we learned about the walled city of Villedor, which serves as the setting for Dying Light 2. Additionally, we were given a look at the various factions vying for control of ruined metropolis, the game’s day and night cycle, and other facets of the long-awaited sequel’s gameplay.

Given how extensive last month’s showcase was, it’s hard to say what we’ll see next week. However, if you’re hoping to learn about the guns you’ll get to wield or vehicles you’ll commandeer during your time in Villedor, don’t hold your breath. Techland confirmed earlier this year that the game won’t be including either of those. Perhaps an in-depth look at the game’s over-the-top weapon crafting system? At this point, it’s hard to say. But you better believe we’ll be tuning in next week Thursday to find out!
