Grindstone Comes to PC May 20, Fortune Grind Update Today

Spin the Wheel For a Good Grind

Grindstone | Fortune Grind

Today is a good day for fans of great puzzle games. You might recall I spoke pretty highly of Grindstone when I reviewed it on Switch. Now Capybara is bringing the fun to PC fans, along with a treat for previous supporters of the game. Those that already own the game on Apple Arcade or Switch are getting the brand spanking new Fortune Grind update today.

What is Fortune Grind, you ask? Just read the details below:

The Fortune Grind update introduces a new twist on Grindstone’s Daily Grind, tasking players to spin a wheel to try their luck at some helpful loot on their daily run. Be careful though, as you also run the risk of introducing new hazards and angry Jerks that will be sure to ruin Jorj’s day. The Fortune Grind update also unveils a new cave containing 10 additional perilous levels, the new Gold Health Potion item, and new entries to Hëlga’s Slöp Höuse recipe book.

This content update will be available today at no extra cost to Grindstone players on Nintendo Switch, and Apple Arcade across iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and Apple TV. The Fortune Grind will also be available on PC when Grindstone launches on the Epic Games Store.

As for the upcoming PC version of Grindstone, here’s some news about that:

Grindstone will include every previous update when it releases on the Epic Games Store on the 20th of May. Grindstone can also be your new PC “productivity companion,” thanks to the super innovative and groundbreaking windowed mode. Just don’t look TOO distracted on your next zoom call.

That’s all great news that only makes a wonderful game more enjoyable. If you haven’t checked Grindstone out yet, make sure you do. And stay tuned to HPP for more great indie game coverage!
