Enjoying Iron Harvest but found yourself wishing that the game had just a little bit more American ingenuity in it? Well, you’re in luck, because KING Art Games’ newly announced Iron Harvest DLC, Operation Eagle, will have exactly what you need.

Operation Eagle will focus on the American Union of Usonia, who decided to stay out of World War I in order to become an economic and military powerhouse—a feat which they accomplished while avoiding the ever-watchful eyes of Europe’s elites. Relying heavily on their “Desil Birds,” the Usonia faction will soon bring American military might to the battlefield. Interested in learning more? Keep on reading for a full list of everything contained within the DLC.

  • Usonia Faction with over 20 new units
  • Complete Usonia Campaign (single player & co-op)
  • Three new playable heroes
  • New playable allies from a yet-to-be revealed secret faction
  • New flying units for all factions
  • New structures and anti-air defenses for all factions
  • New multiplayer maps

KING Art Games has also confirmed that Operation Eagle will be available as a standalone purchase for those wanting to buy it through Steam. This means that, while Operation Eagle is technically still DLC, Steam players will not have to own the base game, Iron Harvest, to play it.

Operation Eagle is slated to release on May 27 for $19.99 on PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store. Have you been enjoying Iron Harvest so far? Will you be picking up the DLC? Let us know in the comments below!

Starting out with nothing more than a Game Boy and a copy of Donkey Kong Land, Kenny has happily been gaming for almost his entire life. Easily-excitable and a bit on the chatty side, Kenny has always been eager to share gaming-related thoughts, opinions, and news with others and has been doing so on Hey Poor Player since 2014 and has previously worked with both PKMNcast and SCATcast. Although his taste in gaming spreads across a wide number of companies and consoles, Kenny holds a particular fondness for Nintendo handheld consoles. He is also very proud of his amiibo collection. You can also find him on Twitter @SuperBayleef talking about video games and general nonsense. Some of his favorite games include Tetris Attack, Pokémon Black Version 2, The World Ends With You, Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, Yo-kai Watch, Donkey Kong Country 2, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, Kirby's Dreamland 3, Mega Man X, and Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia (among many others).
