SaGa Frontier Breathes New Life Into Old Legends Summer 2021

Get ready to experience a new take on a classic adventure!

Square Enix has announced, during a recent live stream of the popular mobile RPG adventure game Romancing SaGa Re;universe in Japan, SaGa Frontier Remastered will be releasing next year.

An enhanced version of 1998’s SaGa Frontier, Remastered will feature not only plenty of graphical and technical improvements but a new story featuring Fuse as a main playable character, new events for fan-favorite character Asellus, the inclusion of the popular “Glimmer” system which allows characters to learn skills and attacks in brand-new ways, and more.

Players will also be able to enjoy enhanced replayability thanks to the game’s SaGa Free-form Scenario System, which allows players to shape their journey into something that they can call their own thanks to the ability to choose from one of eight different characters and make plenty of choices which will directly affect how their adventure plays out.
