War, huh? What is it good for? Tactical Mayhem, that’s what!

I am more than a bit of a tactical game fanatic. I love stuff like Advance Wars, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics, Wargroove and the list goes on and on. There’s just something very satisfying about taking the time to set up your moves, assess the enemy forces and then strike. Well, today Zachtronics is bringing us a new entry in the genre that might be worth all our time. It’s called Möbius Front ’83, and it’s set in 1983 America. The catch is that we’re being invaded by an alternate reality America that wants to rule us all! Again, no idea what that feels like…

You’ll fight against the interdimensional incursion using cutting edge technology… from the 80s, that is. That means Möbius Front ’83 will have lots of tanks, helicopters, artillery and infantry. I can only guess that the invaders might have access to some even more powerful technology. Though that’s merely speculation on my part. What’s not speculation is that this looks like a very fun tactical adventure!
