Spike Chunsoft has announced today during the New Game+ Expo that Shiren The Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate will be wandering over to Switch and PC.

The fifth installment in the Shiren The Wanderer Mystery Dungeon series, The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate, which saw its initial release on the PlayStation Vita, will have players leading Shiren The Wanderer and his sidekick Koppa through the Tower of Fortune. Legend has it that Reeva, the god of Destiny, resides at the top of the tower, where he decides the fate of all mankind with nothing more than a trio of magic dice. Of course, claims might sound somewhat dubious, but there’s only one way to find out whether or not there is any truth to them. And, with all-new dungeons appearing in this port of the game, Shiren and Koppa will have more than ever to keep them (and you!) busy.

Shiren The Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate is fated (hah, get it?) to release on the Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam sometime in 2020. Are you a Shiren fan? Will you be picking up this port once it comes out? Let us know in the comments below!

Starting out with nothing more than a Game Boy and a copy of Donkey Kong Land, Kenny has happily been gaming for almost his entire life. Easily-excitable and a bit on the chatty side, Kenny has always been eager to share gaming-related thoughts, opinions, and news with others and has been doing so on Hey Poor Player since 2014 and has previously worked with both PKMNcast and SCATcast. Although his taste in gaming spreads across a wide number of companies and consoles, Kenny holds a particular fondness for Nintendo handheld consoles. He is also very proud of his amiibo collection. You can also find him on Twitter @SuperBayleef talking about video games and general nonsense. Some of his favorite games include Tetris Attack, Pokémon Black Version 2, The World Ends With You, Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, Yo-kai Watch, Donkey Kong Country 2, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, Kirby's Dreamland 3, Mega Man X, and Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia (among many others).
