Ultimate Indie Fighting Game ‘Bounty Battle’ Launches Next Month

Launching digitally next month, Signature Edition Games’ physical version of Bounty Battle will include 4 enamel pins, a collector’s box, and a digitally signed art card.

Publisher Merge Games and Mulhouse, France-based indie outfit Dark Screen Games have announced that Bounty Battle will be making its way to consoles and PC next month.

Launching on July 16, Bounty Battle is a fighting game featuring 30 characters from 20 popular indie franchises, including Death’s Gambit Guacamelee! Dead Cells, Awesomenauts, Darkest Dungeon, Nuclear Throne, Owlboy, Axiom Verge, SteamWorld Dig, Oddmar, Jotun, Battle Chasers Nightwar, and more. The game features  Tournament, Versus, Challenge, Tutorial modes, 16 stages lifted from various indie games, and support for four-player multiplayer mayhem.

To celebrate the game’s release date announcement, publisher Merge Games has released a new trailer showcasing the game’s robust roster of characters.

In addition to the digital release, a physical version of Bounty Battle is available to pre-order exclusively from Signature Edition Games. Priced at $49.99, the physical release includes 4 enamel pins featuring characters from the game, collector’s box, and a digitally signed art card.
