Your backlog is about to get MUCH bigger…
In response to current events, Itch.io and the developers who utilize the platform have banded together in solidarity for Black Lives Matter. The result? They’ve launched the Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality, a collection of games donated by creators available for gamers at a minimum one-time price of $5. All proceeds will be split evenly between the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund and Community Bail Fund.
Initially, the bundle launched with 742 games valued at over $3,700 USD, but after meeting their 2 million dollar goal, Itch.io extended the goal to 5 million dollars and added 467 more for a grand total of 1,209 games valued at approximately $5,700– all for $5. They keep adding more and more as time goes by, so chances are there’s even more games before this is even published.
The platform noted that no Steam keys would be given out for the titles — just direct downloads. Due to the overwhelming amount of games, the titles will have to be added individually to the Itch.io launcher.
Additionally, those who donated before the new games were added do not need to donate more to receive the latest batch of games; all new games are included in that one-time donation.
Interested in which games are available? There are… well, a ton. Here are a handful we’ve reviewed over the years:

Additionally, there are asset packs available for game developers — one pack in particular boasts over 20,000 assets!
At the time of this writing, there’s 6 days and 11 hours left before this bundle is no longer available.
