Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection Now Available

Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection hits consoles and PC with a new competitive mode and quality of life updates.

The Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection is now available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC, the game’s publisher Capcom has announced.

The collection features six games, including all four titles in the Mega Man Zero series as well as the formerly Nintendo DS exclusive Mega Man ZX and ZX Advent in one $29.99 package.

Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection introduces several new features to these challenging action-platformers. These include the addition of the new competitive Z Chaser Mode, where players compete to clear stages lifted from the six games in the collection the fastest, a more forgiving Casual Scenario mode, and a Save-Assist system the adds mid-mission checkpoints. And, as you’d expect from the HD era, the games also feature support for several optional HD-smoothing filters to make them pop on the big screen.

Frank has been the caffeine-fueled evil overlord of HeyPoorPlayer since 2008. He speaks loudly and carries a big stick to keep the staff of the HPP madhouse in check. A collector of all things that blip and beep, he has an extensive collection of retro consoles and arcade machines crammed into his house. Currently playing: Chorus (XSX), Battlefield 2042 (XSX), Xeno Crisis (Neo Geo)
