Retro-centric developer Batterystaple Games today revealed the follow-up to their popular Mega Man X-inspired roguelike 20XX today. Appropriately titled 30XX, the game is a co-op focused action-platformer set to be released on consoles and PC next year and will be playable this month at PAX East in Boston.

30XX blends inspiration from classic Mega Man titles with modern roguelike design. Enjoy a fresh hi-bit art style and eight vibrant new game worlds with distinct platforming mechanics and fearsome Guardians. Nina awakens from a thousand-year slumber with a new highly-customizable Power Fusion system, while her ally Ace boasts an arsenal of chainable Techniques that provide a boost both in and out of battle.
