NOW you’re playing with power
Retro gaming YouTuber BitHead1000 has built an N64 with a custom-built metal exterior casing and – wait for it – two *flamethrowers* that you can activate any time during gameplay.
The 22-minute time lapse video of the building of this monster custom game system is totally mesmerizing, as BitHead1000 *rips* off the console’s old plastic casing, then proceeds to bend, drill, hammer, file, and solder his new creation into existence. In fact, the time lapse effect makes the extensive metalworking process look positively effortless.
And of course, it would be criminal to not mention that custom-built, rotating metal N64 logo. I mean, I’ve heard of ‘extra’… but damn! Hats off to you, BitHead1000.
By the way, we suggest activating the flamethrowers during multiplayer mode in Mario Kart 64 – right after you trip your buddy up at the finish line (on the final lap) with a shell or banana peel. Take that, sucka!
