Cult Indie Hit ‘To The Moon’ Set to Re-release on Nintendo Switch January 16th

Feel the tears all over again!

Freebird Games’ indie hit To The Moon finally comes to Nintendo Switch today, January 16th, 2020.

Originally created in 2011 by principal designer Kan Gao using RPG Maker (a toolkit used to create SNES-era JRPGs), the beloved title tugged at players’ heartstrings and developed a devoted cult following.

The story follows Eva Rosalene and Neil Watts, two doctors that devote themselves to rebuilding the memories of a patient so that he can fulfill his dying wishes. During this process of discovering his memories, they discover a moving love story behind the man’s life.

The Switch re-release of To The Moon was created using Unity, and will be available for sale as a digital download retailing for $11.99.
