Suffer Like G Did?
Polish video game publisher and developer Forever Entertainment confirmed today a partnership agreement with Sega to develop remakes of the company’s popular light gun shooters The House of the Dead and its sequel The House of the Dead II.
Initially developed for Sega’s Model 2 and Naomi arcade hardware respectively, the games put players in control of AMS agents as they blast their way through hordes of undead ghouls and other vile horrors in a variety of spooky gothic environments. At the time of this writing, the publisher has yet to announce which platforms the games are in development for or offer any release dates. Additionally, it’s unclear if they will be released individually or as part of a single compilation. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as these details are confirmed.
In addition to The House of the Dead 1 & 2, Forever Entertainment is currently developing remakes of the popular Saturn rail shooters Panzer Dragoon and its sequel, Panzer Dragoon Zwei, for the Nintendo Switch.
Hi Guys! We confirm the signing of the agreement regarding remakes of the games “The House of the Dead” and “The House of the Dead 2”. No platforms or release dates have been confirmed, and unfortunately we can’t say anything more for now. Please keep fingers crossed for us and..
