Wargroove brings Advance Wars-inspired skirmishes to the PS4 on July 23
Following its release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, British indie studio Chucklefish announced today that their hit turn-based tactical title Wargroove will be taking the fight to the PlayStation 4 next week.
Heavily inspired by Intelligent Systems’ Advance Wars series, Wargroove allows players to take control of one of four playable factions featuring twelve commanders, each with their own “groove” abilities, as they engage in tense, tactical skirmishes, or duke it out against three other players in online battles.
Don’t let its cutesy visuals fool you; Wargroove has some serious meat on its battle-hardened bones. In addition to its main story, the game affords players a surprising amount of customization options. You can design your own custom maps, stories, and even cut-scenes with a suite of user-friendly tools to create their own custom campaigns.

Wargroove will release digitally for the PlayStation 4 on July 23rd for $19.99.
