Medusa and Her Lover Arrives This June

VR Project Medusa and Her Lover Available From June 25th

Indie game developers Playism have announced the release date of their VR project Medusa and Her Lover. The project is inspired by the Green myth Medusa, creating two player story involving the stone-eyed Gorgon and Gaios, who has promised to break Medusa’s curse. The game contains six episodes, each in their unique setting, with players facing monsters and Medusa’s own powers.

The two-player aspect is split between the VR headset and the monitor. The player controlling Medusa takes the headset and is guided through the mission by Gaios (whilst avoiding eye contact!) Players must also deduce the game’s story from Gaios’ conversation and Medusa’s expressions.

Medusa and Her Lover will be available on PlayStation 4 from June 25th. More information can be found on the Playism website.
