Seiken Densetsu 3 Finally Comes West As Trials of Mana

Reborn in full 3D, Trials of Mana will release on PS4, Xbox One, and PC early next year

Fans of the Mana series have been waiting nearly 25 years for Seiken Densetsu 3 to make its debut in the West. Now, that wait is finally coming to an end. During Nintendo’s E3 2019 presentation, the company announced the game is being rebuilt from the ground up for the Switch, PlayStation 4, and Steam as Trials of Mana.

Trials of Mana is an HD remake of the third game in the Secret of Mana series. Initially released in Japan in 1995, the game’s story focuses on six heroes with their own unique sub-stories as they embark on an adventure to save the world. More than a mere prettied-up port, Trials of Mana will feature a full 3D overhaul as well as revamped skill and leveling systems.
