Mankind are the real monsters in the latest trailer for A Plague Tale: Innocence
With just a week left until A Plague Tale: Innocence’s release, publisher Focus Home Interactive has released a new trailer for the game.
While the plague-ridden rats that scurry along the game’s version of medieval France are enough to make our skin crawl, the game’s real monsters are the English army, local bandits, and The Inquisition, led by their shadowy master, Vitalis who, for unknown reasons, are all working feverishly to capture the sibling protagonists Hugo and Amicia. The most fearsome of these figures is The Inquisition Commander Lord Nicholas. Donning a helmet emblazoned with a crucifix, he is ruthless and unwavering in his pursuit and will stop at nothing to carry out his orders.

A Plague Tale: Innocence is developed by Bordeaux, France-based Asobo Studio and published by Focus Home Interactive. The game is set to launch on May 14 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
