God Eater 3 Update 1.2 Now Live, Introduces New Aragami, Customization Options, And More

Aragami Amen Ra, fresh new hairstyles, and balance tweaks find their way to God Eater 3 in update 1.20

God Eater 3 received a massive update today, introducing a wealth of new content and balancing tweaks to the game.

The 1.20 update to Bandai Namco Entertainment’s monster-slaying game includes the new Aragami Amen Ra, as well as new hairstyles to customize your avatar with, and balance changes to the game.

Content

  • Certification Mission Added

 

System

  • Added function to change skin tone

  • Password function added for assault missions

 

Aragami

  • Adjust Havakiri’s motion and AI

  • Adjust Nemain’s section HP

  • Adjust Ash Aragami frequency of devour attack

 

Action

  • Charge time of each devour attack will be shortened and motion speed sped up

  • Motion of dealing shield guard is faster

  • Shortened the knockback distance of normal guard and perfect guard

  • Able to turn around when dealing guard during jump

  • Adjust the activation condition of some acceleration triggers

  • Add advance guard to Buster Blade

  • Add advanced step and advanced jump to Short Blade

  • Cancellation time after launching Impulse Edge and Long Blade is faster

  • Motion of Long Blade’s zero stance is faster
    Extended button input timing for Variant Scythe’s Burst Art “Hell or Heaven”

  • Biting Edge powered up

  • Link Burst Rounds no longer disappear when touching a field

  • Healing property module no longer disappears when touching a field

  • Adjust motion speed of “begin to walk” and “begin to run” at base

 

Bandai Namco Entertainment America also confirmed that God Eater 3 version 1.30 will release later this spring. The update will add epilogue story missions, additional Aragami types, and 2 new non-playable teammates – Neil and Keith Pennywort.

God Eater 3 is now available for the PlayStation 4 and Windows PCs. You can find some screenshots from update 1.20 in the gallery below.
