Publisher Focus Home Interactive today released a new trailer for Asobo Studio’s upcoming dark action-adventure title set in plague-ravaged France, A Plague Tale: Innocence.

The latest footage, which clocks in at just shy of a minute and a half, showcases the game’s brother and sister pair of protagonists Amicia and Hugo, the stunning environments they’ll explore, and the characters they’ll meet on their journey through a perilous world. Oh, and there are rats. Sooo many rats. Euch!

Check out the trailer below:

We first spied A Plague Tale during our meeting with Focus Home Interactive at E3 2017. And while the game impressed us during that early look we had, it’s obviously come quite a long way since then. The graphics are noticeably more polished, and even when seemingly hundreds of rats are scurrying about the screen the game seems to run at a steady clip. That being said, we can’t wait to see where Hugo and Amicia’s journey takes them when the game releases later this spring.

A Plague Tale: Innocence is currently slated to release on May 14th for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
