Thought the fan-made Super Smash Bros. Ultimate instruction manual was cool? Fans of Nintendo’s famous crossover franchise simply can’t stop paying tribute to the just-released Switch game, with our latest being an actual arcade cabinet by one Mike Caggs. Designed for use at his workplace in Actual Brewery, you can witness its majesty below:
Pretty cool, eh? As elaborated in the above imgur link, it was a painstaking process over the course of four back-to-back days at an Ohio workshop — 14 hours each, might we add — but the hard work was well worth it: the Smash arcade cabinet’s been a huge hit with Mr. Caggs’s brewery co-workers and regulars alike!
For those interested in the technical background, we highly recommend checking out all 27 slides — every meticulous detail right down to scrap paper design has been publicly documented for your viewing pleasure, so sit back and enjoy the fruits of Mr. Caggs’ labor. (However, be sure to have a moment of silence for the cabinet’s short-lived mascot in Bugsy.)
