Electronic Arts’ E3 Conference began with a bang in covering Battlefield V, confirming both a Battle Royale mode and the absence of loot boxes and premium passes. Advertised as “the most immersive Battlefield yet,” EA not only showcased the likes of snow physics, vehicles, and moving heavy weapons around for tactical play, but provided the following trailer for your viewing pleasure.
Not much information was given on Battle Royale, but the presence of team play and vehicles were confirmed. Furthermore, not only are more new game mechanics set to be revealed during EA Play, but a single-player mode (Nordlys War Story) will receive exclusive coverage during the Microsoft conference tomorrow.
Battlefield V is set for release October 19th, and you can pre-order now for Open Beta Early Access.
