Downward Spiral: Horus Station Out Now

Experience Zero Gravity

Downward Spiral

You can prepare to spiral down into the mysteries of space in this now released game. Downward Spiral: Horus Station is all about experiencing zero gravity. Players will solve the mysteries of an abandoned space station. However, the mystery will not be handed to you. Everything the game has to offer in terms of story will be up to the player to discover. That experience, that atmosphere (and lack thereof), is what the developers wanted to create. 3rd Eye Studios hopes to make a fully immersive game. While there will be no cutscenes, dialogue, or text, the game strives to deliver quite the story and message.

Again, since the game’s atmosphere (I will not make this joke again) seems forefront, something cool to note is the actual gameplay. Since there is zero gravity, players will be moving around the space station by pushing off of objects, creating their own force. This mechanic sounds rather intuitive and would be entertaining to mess around with. Now, for all those looking for a fully immersive experience, you can play this game in VR. So, you can really feel like you are exploring that space station.

Downward Spiral: Horus Station is now available for PC through Steam. A PlayStation 4 release is scheduled for this summer. You can watch a trailer down below.
