Happen to be around Yokohama, Japan this June 15 and are also a Tales fan? Then you may want to know that’s where Tales of the Abyss stage play will premiere at Yokohama Arena. As detailed by Anime News Network, the PS2/3DS JRPG will be re-imagined as a dance/acrobatic show titled Tales of the Stage – Inheritor of Lorelei’s Power – LIVE&THEATER, and is actually a follow-up to last year’s Tales of the Stage: Last Score. While the story will again follow Luke fon Fabre and Asch the Bloody, this installment will depict the “untold story” of Asch. A key visual was distributed for the play, which you can see below:

The actors for Luke, Tear, Natalia, Asch, Van, Ion/Sync, Legretta, Anise, and Mohs reprise their roles from the original play, although Reo Kawamura replaces Ko Hosokawa as Guy. Joining the cast are, Asami Okamoto as Arietta, Orito Kasahara as Dist, Eiji Moriyama as Largo, and Mio Hanana as Noir, with guest stars Chihiro Suzuki and Takehito Koyasu (the Japanese VAs for Luke and Jade, respectively) appearing as well, with the latter peforming a voice role. (Speaking of Jade, the know-it-all mage isn’t listed as a cast member; what’s up with that?)
