HakuokI: Edo Blossoms Banner

Idea Factory has released a new batch of screenshots today for upcoming Otome visual novel Hakuoki: Edo Blossoms, featuring Souji Okita and Shinpachi Nagakura. You can check check out the pictures, as well as the official descriptions, of the elligible bachelors below:

Souji Okita

A wry, quick-witted swordsman who is fiercely dedicated to the Shinsengumi. He travels with Chizuru to reunite with the Shinsengumi after being bedridden with wounds sustained after the Battle of Toba-Fushimi, a battle where the Shinsengumi were forced to retreat from Kyoto to Edo. Okita’s tough exterior eventually softens, and his appreciation for a well-lived life becomes more apparent.

Shinpachi Nagakura

Brash, hot-headed, and impulsive. Shinpachi Nagakura is a musclehead more dedicated to his principles, rather than his loyalty to the Shinsengumi.  Nagakura is known to hang out with Sanosuke Harada in Shimabara.

Hakuoki: Edo Blossoms, the second in the two-part Hakuoki series, is slated for release both physically and digitally on March 13 in North America, and March 16 in Europe on the PlayStation Vita. The physical version will feature a reversible sleeve cover. Were you a fan of Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds? Are you looking forward to continuing the journey alongside Chizuru and the Shinsengumi?
