Attack on Titan 2 to release next march, new playable characters revealed

KOEI Tecmo today announced that Attack on Titan 2, the sequel to Omega Force’s 2016 game based on the hit anime and manga series, will be arriving on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC on March 20, 2018.
To celebrate the game’s release date being confirmed, the publisher has released a new trailer showcasing the game in action. You can find the trailer below:
Attack on Titan 2 will feature a number of playable characters from the series from the original game, including the addition of fresh faces like Hitch Dreyse, Marlo Freudenberg, Mina Carolina, Nile Dawk, Thomas Wagner, Annie Leonhart, Bertholdt Hoover, Reiner Braun, the Armored Titan, the Colossal Titan, the Female Titan and a Mysterious Titan form. The game also features an RPG-like system in the form of Town Life segments. Town Life segments allow the player to build relationships with their favorite characters from the Attack on Titan universe in order to achieve a greater understanding of their comrades.
