That Hat Reigns Supreme In Super Mario Odyssey’s New Gameplay Trailer

With just weeks to go before Super Mario Odyssey’s release on the Switch, Nintendo has released a new gameplay trailer highlighting some of the game’s mechanics. The five-minute trailer offers a glimpse at that various tricks the mustachioed plumber can perform with Cappy, while also showcasing that different ways Mario can get around New Donk City and its surrounding zones.

While the trailer doesn’t really tell us anything we didn’t already know, we do get a closer look at the different abilities we’ll be able to use when capturing baddies with Mario’s not at all creepy, totally typical possessed cap, Cappy. Additionally, we also get to see some of the clever ways Power Moons, the source of fuel for Mario’s flying tugboat The Odyssey, are hidden around the world.
