Shadow Warrior 2 gets one more DLC pack: Bounty Hunt Part 2

A fun game series with a whole lotta Wang just got bigger.

Shadow Warrior 2, a fast-paced first person “shooter”, is getting one last DLC pack today. Titled Bounty Hunt Part 2, this is included as a free update within the game.

According to the Steam store page, The Shadow Warrior 2: Bounty Hunt Part 2 DLC “delivers thirteen thrilling new missions, two spectacular new weapons, and three powerful new perks for Lo Wang and the gang. Strap on your katana and go for one last ride alone or in co-op through missions like Lost Girls, Missing Yakuza, and Danger Zone with new weapons like the Tactical Bullet Spewing Machine (TBSM).”

The first Bounty Hunt is free to grab on Steam, which includes 14 additional missions. Also, the Way of the Wang free update was included as part of the game. So, that’s a ton of content to add to an already pretty long game.

Until Wednesday at 10AM PST, the first Shadow Warrior is free on Steam, as well. Additionally, the Shadow Warrior sale currently on Steam includes all of the games, including Shadow Warrior 2. This gives players plenty of experience with the game series even before dropping $19.99 on the second game this week. But, today’s extra DLC adds hours of gameplay at no cost. So, it might be worth grabbing them both.

Shadow Warrior 2 is the stunning evolution of Flying Wild Hog’s offbeat first-person shooter starring the brash warrior Lo Wang, who must again wield a devastating combination of guns, blades, magic and wit to strike down the demonic legions overwhelming the world. Steam currently has the game for $19.99, which is half of its usual price. All of the DLC is free or included as updates and sits at a “Very Positive” rating.
