Rejoice: no dark filters!

Still waiting for those Super Nintendo Classic Edition pre-orders? Perhaps this promo for the Japanese Super Famicom version will tide you over, as it explores some new features! Check it out below:
Much of it speaks for itself, but language barriers being what they are, we’ll attempt a brief summary. First off, a replay function is available in addition to save states, as you can now rewind and fast-forward to any point in the save state! Furthermore, twelve different screen borders are also available to complement your experience, such as theater curtains and a city skyline. Finally, the different scanlines were showcased, which include 4:3, CRT and Pixel Perfect.
There was also a section detailing something relating to demos and save stats, but as of this writing, it currently remains untranslated. Watch this space!
By the way, can you say: no more Virtual Console filters? Kirby Super Star is now as bright as it should be!
Just to clarify: EarthBound, Kirby’s Dream Course, Super Punch-Out!! and Super Castlevania IV aren’t featured on the Super Famicom Classic Edition, so the list of games differs from our own Super Nintendo version
