New video featuring N. Sane Trilogy with Xbox One button prompts has surfaced
Everyone’s favorite bandicoot from the 90s may have started out as a PlayStation mascot, but evidence is showing that he may not remain exclusive to Sony platforms for much longer.
Originally reported by Xbox Achievements, a new Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy video has surfaced. In this video, the game can be seen running with Xbox One button prompts.
In addition, an Xbox One version of the game has been very clearly listed on Base.com. The game is currently available for pre-order, however its August 12, 2017 release date is clearly just a placeholder for the time being.
Mysterious video and pre-order aside, no further information has been given regarding Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy releasing outside of the PlayStation 4. Given the fact that many PC games also use Xbox button prompts, one can’t help but wonder if we’ll eventually be seeing N. Sane Trilogy releasing on platforms like Steam as well. What are your thoughts on the N. Sane Trilogy rumors? Are you excited to see Crash Bandicoot potentially broadening its horizons? Or, does having a character that was once a PlayStation mascot potentially toss out its exclusivity upset you? Let us know in the comments below!
