SUPERBEAT: XONiC pulses and wub-wub-wubs digitally and physically all over again.

In 2015, PM Studios and Acttil created a true standout amidst a year of gradual but inevitable decline for the Playstation Vita, in the form of SUPERBEAT: XONiC, a top-tier rhythm gaming experience that demanded to be played, loudly and in the highest audio quality the little handheld could possibly deliver. Now, the beat is back, as SUPERBEAT: XONiC claps on a new pair of headphones and tunes in on Playstation 4 and Xbox One systems.

From the expected electronica to R&B and quirky K-pop gems, SUPERBEAT: XONiC boasts a library with a lot of variety, even with the sheer number of rhythm games to exist over time. These new console versions also come pre-loaded with DLC from the original Playstation Vita edition, adding more groove for your buck. 200 different play patterns are on full display across the game’s 65+ tracks. Players can jive with individual songs, or hop in to Free Style mode to glide through an endless stream of beats and melodies.

Players can be solitary, but don’t have to groove in silence, either. SUPERBEAT: XONiC boasts a full online scoreboard on both the Playstation Network and Xbox Live. Both services maintain a full World DJ Ranking scoreboard, so you can check out how you match up to your friends, or everyone, when it comes to spinning the tracks that make you bounce in your seat as you play. Rankings are recorded in real-time, so nobody need wait for the latest.

SUPERBEAT: XONiC is putting some new records on and bass boosting your house down in April 2017, on both Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Playstation 4 players get a choice of a physical or digital release, while the Xbox One edition of the game is digital only. Keep an eye out for a more precise release date, and invest in a new sound system while you can.
