Serath Joins Paragon’s Roster of Heroes Today

Serath wields the power of light and darkness in Paragon starting today.

Yet another hero joins the ranks of  Epic Games’s PC and PlayStation 4 MOBA, Paragon today. The latest update to the game introduces Serath, a melee carry who makes use of her light and dark sides to utilize a variety of devastating abilities. She’s fast, powerful, and one hell of an exciting addition to the game’s roster.

To mark the occasion, Epic has released a trailer showcasing Serath and her abilities. Check it out below:

Among Serath’s abilities are Chatise, which attacks an enemy dealing damage and applying a slow, which also punishes nearby enemies with an area of effect. Next up is Heaven’s Fury. This attack causes Serath to hover in place and unleash a ghostly slash on an entire area. Each of these attacks deals damage one target at a time, with a delay between each attack. While performing Heaven’s Fury, Serath is immune to damage and crowd control. Ascend is a rapid-fire attack that allows Serath to shoot into the sky and quickly swoop back down, inflicting dmage to a targeted area. Lastly, Heresy allows Serath’s dark side to overcome her. During this time her abilities now apply a burn effect which creates a weakness aura around affected enemies. Enemies who are burning also take additional damage from Serath’s basic attacks.

As with the rest of Paragon’s heroes, Serath is available to download for free during the game’s ongoing Open Beta.
