Noctis’ Engine Blade and Dragon Quest’s Cypress Stick give Android 2B an edge in NieR: Automata.
Square Enix today released a new trailer for NieR: Automata showcasing some of the fruits of the title’s collaboration with a few of the publisher’s more popular franchises.
In NieR: Automata, the game’s protagonist Android 2B will be able to equip Final Fantasy XV (read our review here) hero Noctis’s signature weapon, the “Engine Blade” along with the “Cypress Stick” from the Dragon Quest series.

NieR: Automata is currently slated to release on the PlayStation 4 on March 7, 2017 and will retail for $59.99. The game will also be released on Steam early next year, though a concrete release date has yet to be confirmed.
