Shattered – Tale of the Forgotten King’s creative director goes hands on with Redlock Studio’s surreal Square Enix Collective-supported adventure.
Developer Redlock Studio today released a new gameplay video for Shattered – Tale of the Forgotten King. Originally unveiled at E3, the game is the latest Square Enix Collective, Square Enix’s curated platform that enables creators to post ideas, and gamers to judge whether those ideas should be given the development green light. The title is currently on Kickstarter, there are 8 days left to reach the funding target of $85,260.
Shattered – Tale of the Forgotten King puts players in control “the Wanderer” in a dark 2.5D action-RPG and platformer as he searches for lost memories and knowledge in the world of Hypnos. Over the course of the Wanderer’s journey he’ll explore a surreal dreamscape and tackle a variety of bosses, including 12 different Demiurges, in dynamic 3D battles.

Shattered – Tale of the Forgotten King is currently planned for release on PC and Mac in 2018. The developer also plans to make the game available on PS4 and Xbox One.
