Feel the rhythm like never before when Hatsune Miku: VR launches this month
Get ready for the show of a lifetime, as SEGA today announced that Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live will be releasing on Oct. 13.
Rather than the rhythm game we know and love, Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live is a full virtual concert experience starring the series’ azure haired starlet. Players slip on their PSVR headset and experience Miku’s greatest songs firsthand in virtual stadium filled with cheering Miku fans. You’ll be able to move throughout the audience or even up on stage to get the best view of the performance.
However, fans will be happy to know that Hatsune Miku: VR isn’t entirely a hands-off experience, as you’ll also be able to keep time with their move controllers, which are represented in-game as glowsticks, during song performances in order to unlock various easter eggs. After progressing through three songs, players will get a special solo encore performance by Miku herself!
